For a number of years, Promotional depended on contributions from merchants and fund raisers for donations. In the mid-1980’s, Paul Piela joined the group and became the membership chairman. With his efforts, funds were raised to support more community events and projects. In January, Promotional holds its annual membership drive which is our main source of funding for all of our projects. With approximately 250 members, we continue to depend on our good friends, neighbors and businesses for their membership to continue our efforts of promoting Schoharie.
